A French oak barrel-aged mixed fermentation Pale Ale blended from one, two and five-year-old spontaneously fermented beers. Freshly picked Pilgrim hops from the 2025 harvest were added on the same day they were collected, bringing distinctive spice, cedar and honey notes to the complex fermentation character before the beer was conditioned in bottle.
