Brown and black malts build a rich, dark malt character before extended maturation in old Scotch barrels with spontaneous fermentation cultures, bringing additional complexity and a touch of smoke. Dry-hopped with Bramling Cross and refermented in bottle, it is a complex strong ale designed to evolve with age.
