A rich and traditional 7.2% Scottish Strong Ale from Traquair House Brewery, first brewed in 1964 by Peter Maxwell Stuart, the 20th Laird of Traquair, in the estate's historic 300-year-old brewhouse. Deep fruity malt aromas lead into indulgent flavours of plum pie and vanilla, complemented by subtle oak and amontillado sherry notes. Smooth, warming and full of heritage, this distinctive strong ale remains a classic example of Scottish brewing tradition. Available in 330ml bottles.
