A bold and expressive Hazy Double IPA from Weekend Project, inspired by the brewery's many trips to Vermont and its appreciation of the American state's influential craft beer culture. Elephant Rock celebrates the classic American hop varieties that helped shape modern hop-forward brewing, bringing together Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Chinook in a substantial 8% ABV release. This five-hop combination provides the foundation for a distinctly American-inspired Double IPA, drawing on varieties associated with vibrant citrus, pine, resinous character and expressive hop aromas. Cascade and Centennial contribute to the beer's classic American hop identity, while Simcoe, Citra and Chinook add further depth to the combination.
