Brewery story
Harbwr Brewery was founded in 2015 by the team behind The Buccaneer Inn and The Hope & Anchor in Tenby, bringing more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, food and drink into the world of craft brewing.
The brewery transformed a historic building in Sergeants Lane into a working microbrewery and taproom, carefully preserving its character while creating a modern brewing destination that celebrates Tenby's unique harbour heritage.
Every Harbwr beer is inspired by the town's maritime history, with many beers named after famous local boats such as Caldey Lollipop, North Star and RFA Sir Galahad, reflecting the close connection between the brewery and Tenby's harbour community.
Today, Harbwr continues to brew a growing range of award-winning ales enjoyed across Pembrokeshire and beyond, while welcoming visitors to its brewery taproom to experience fresh beer, local history and the spirit of Tenby in one place.
