About Noa Brewhouse

Founded in 2023, Noa Brewhouse is the brewing arm of Noa Bakehouse in Douglas. Based near the Sea Terminal, it brings together Noa's bakery, café and brewery under one sustainability-focused idea: turning surplus sourdough into beer.

Noa's beers are brewed using upcycled sourdough from the bakehouse, giving the brewery a distinctive identity within the Isle of Man beer scene. Its range includes modern pale ales, lagers and seasonal specials, often combining fresh hop character with Noa's wider focus on local food, drink and low-waste production.
