Brewery story
About Beavertown Brewery
Beavertown Brewery was founded in North London in 2011 by Logan Plant, originally brewing on a small kit in the kitchen of the Duke's Brew & Que barbecue restaurant. Demand quickly outgrew the original setup, leading to the opening of a dedicated brewery and the beginning of one of the UK's most recognisable craft beer brands.
Inspired by American craft brewing, Beavertown focused on producing bold, flavour-packed beers with distinctive names and striking comic-style artwork. Beers such as Gamma Ray, Lupuloid and the hugely successful Neck Oil helped introduce a wider audience to modern craft beer and established Beavertown as a leading name in the UK's craft beer scene.
As the brewery grew, so did its ambitions. Production expanded into larger facilities in North London before the opening of the state-of-the-art Beaverworld brewery in Enfield, providing the capacity to brew its flagship beers while continuing to experiment with seasonal and limited-edition releases.
Beavertown has become known not only for its beer but also for its vibrant visual identity, collaborations and events, creating a brand that blends music, art and brewing culture. Today, its beers are enjoyed across the UK and beyond, while remaining rooted in the creative spirit that sparked its beginnings.
