Founded in 2010, St Ives Brewery was created to capture the spirit of Cornwall's spectacular coastline in every beer. Inspired by the rugged cliffs, Atlantic surf and laid-back lifestyle that define St Ives, the brewery has spent more than a decade producing modern craft beers that celebrate the place they call home.

Drawing inspiration from the landscapes around them, St Ives Brewery names many of its beers after iconic Cornish locations. From the crisp, refreshing Porth Pilsner to the rich Zennor Oatmeal Stout and the hop-forward Slipway NE IPA, each beer reflects a different part of the coast while combining quality ingredients with traditional brewing techniques and contemporary brewing expertise.

The brewery's philosophy is simple: create great beer for good times. Whether it's a barbecue on the beach, an evening with friends or a day exploring Cornwall's coastline, St Ives Brewery aims to produce approachable, flavourful beers that complement memorable moments and bring people together.

Visitors can experience the brewery first-hand at the Hayle Taproom & Brewery, where fresh beers are served just metres from where they're brewed, or at the Art of Brewing Micro Taproom in the heart of St Ives. Together with its brewery shop and events programme, these venues offer a chance to meet the team, discover new beers and experience the craftsmanship behind every pint.

Today, St Ives Brewery continues to produce a diverse range of modern beers inspired by Cornwall's coast, remaining true to its mission of combining brewing expertise with the landscapes, culture and relaxed spirit that make St Ives such a distinctive place.
