Wylde Sky Brewing is an independent small-batch brewery and taproom in Linton, Cambridgeshire, established in 2018. Brewing on a purpose-built 10-barrel system, it produces unfined, unfiltered and unpasteurised beers inspired by styles from around the world.
Brewery story
Wylde Sky Brewing was established in Linton in 2018 from a shared enthusiasm for good beer and outdoor adventure, with the wide East Anglian landscape providing inspiration for its identity. Its purpose-built 10-barrel brewhouse was constructed from the ground up in September that year, and brewing began soon afterwards.
From the outset, Wylde Sky has focused on small batches of characterful beer inspired by styles from around the world. Its range moves between traditional and contemporary brewing, encompassing cask ales, pale ales and IPAs alongside lager, saison and stout, with beers produced unfined, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
The brewery sits close to the meeting point of Cambridgeshire, Essex and Suffolk, an area surrounded by agriculture and a growing community of independent food and drink producers. Wylde Sky has built a strong local following, supplying pubs in the surrounding area while keeping its Linton brewery at the centre of the business.
A taproom opened at the brewery only a few months after brewing began and has developed into an important part of Wylde Sky. Visitors can drink brewery-fresh beer at its source, try flights and fresh growler fills, or visit for live music, quizzes and street food, while an onsite brewery shop offers cans, minikegs, merchandise and beer to take away.
