A barrel-aged mixed fermentation Grisette blended from six and four-year-old golden wheat beers. Slowly and spontaneously fermented in an old white Burgundy barrique and a Herefordshire cider barrel, the finished blend was dry-hopped with whole-leaf Cashmere from the 2025 harvest before conditioning in bottle.
