Brolly is an independent Horsham brewery founded by Brook and Holly in 2017. Producing unfiltered and unfined beer across modern and traditional cask and globally inspired keg styles, it operates an onsite brewery taproom, runs regular brewery tours and tastings, and is also behind The Billi Tap in Billingshurst.
Brewery story
Brolly Brewing was established by Brook and Holly in 2017 in West Sussex, driven by a shared enthusiasm for modern cask and keg beer. Based in Horsham, the brewery produces its beers unfiltered and unfined, allowing them time to develop naturally rather than rushing the brewing process.
Brolly has remained strongly focused on its local community, supplying nearby pubs and events as well as serving beer directly from the brewery. In July 2021, Brolly and Little Monster Brewing opened The Billi Tap in Billingshurst, creating a community-focused micro-pub for locally brewed beer, street food and regular events.
Today, Brolly's Horsham brewery includes a substantial taproom with 12 keg lines and four cask pumps, alongside food, live music, comedy and community events. The brewery also runs monthly tours and tastings, giving visitors the opportunity to meet the brewer, explore the brewing equipment and sample Brolly beers at their source.
Brewery run club
Brolly Run Club is a friendly social running group based at Brolly Brewing in Horsham, welcoming everyone from regular runners to people giving running a go for the first time. The club combines a relaxed 5km run around the local area with plenty of opportunity to socialise and enjoy a post-run beer back at the taproom.
Social 5km runs start and finish at the Brolly Brewing Taproom, exploring the local area around Horsham. All running abilities and paces are welcome, with the emphasis on running together, having fun and enjoying a post-run brew.

Brolly's onsite Horsham taproom, with 12 keg lines and four cask pumps pouring an extensive selection of Brolly beers alongside guest beers, Sussex cider, spirits and wine. The taproom also hosts street food, live music, comedy and community events.

Billingshurst, West Sussex
Brolly's micro-pub in Billingshurst, opened in partnership with Little Monster Brewing in 2021. The community-focused pub serves local beer and hosts regular street food and charity events.
