Independent small-batch nanobrewery in Nottingham, founded by former NHS anaesthetist Bryn. Gasman Brews produces a range of regular and seasonal beers, each given a name inspired by medicine.
Brewery story
Gasman Brews is an independent nanobrewery founded by Bryn, who spent 30 years working as an NHS anaesthetist before turning his attention to brewing.
The brewery began producing beer in 2025, combining Bryn's interest in chemistry, craft and brewing with his medical background. The name Gasman comes from his former profession, while the beers continue the theme with medically inspired names.
Working on a small-batch scale, Gasman produces a changing selection of regular beers and seasonal specials, predominantly sold in bottles and through local events.
