Pig & Porter is a Tunbridge Wells brewery producing modern, full-flavoured beers for independent pubs and bars across the South East. Combining traditional brewing techniques with contemporary ideas, its range spans cask and keg styles from classic milds and session beers to experimental IPAs and seasonal releases.
Brewery story
Pig & Porter began by combining two passions: beer and food. Originally an event catering business specialising in barbecue, the team brewed its own beer at several local breweries before demand allowed it to establish a permanent brewing home.
In 2013, Pig & Porter moved into the former Royal Tunbridge Wells Brewery and began producing beer on its own plant. Since then, it has developed a reputation for drinkable, modern beers that balance traditional brewing techniques with new styles and ingredients.
Music and food remain important influences, with many beers named after songs or lyrics and others created for musicians and figures from the worlds of radio and cricket. The brewery has produced well over a hundred different beers while continuing to supply independent pubs, bars and restaurants across the South East.
