Brewery story
Two By Two Brewing was established in 2014, initially producing beer on a five-barrel brewing system in Wallsend on Tyneside.
The brewery developed a reputation for bold, vibrant and hop-forward beers, with a focus on showcasing hop varieties from around the world and allowing high-quality ingredients to take centre stage.
Growing demand led to an additional five-barrel plant being installed at the end of 2018, increasing brewing capacity to ten barrels.
In 2022 Two By Two moved from Wallsend to Morley's Yard in Byker, Newcastle upon Tyne, where the new brewery also provided a permanent home for its brewery tap.
Today the brewery continues to produce its core range alongside seasonal releases, maintaining the hop-led approach that has shaped Two By Two since its early years.
