Brewery story
Trig was founded in 2023 by Paddy, who had worked around the craft beer industry since 2013 before starting his own brewery.
The brewery began on a low-volume nanobrew kit, allowing it to focus on experimental, small-batch beers. Its name and branding are inspired by trig points and the team's love of hiking and exploring the outdoors.
Taproom
Pop-up taproom held inside Trig's working brewery, where the production floor is transformed into a drinking space among the tanks. Events usually take place on the last weekend of the month during spring and summer, serving the brewery's newest releases with fresh cans available to take home.
